Delivery and handling details

Wolters Kluwer works with third party courier service provider to ensure effective delivery for domestic and international orders.

Wolters Kluwer delivery and handling charges vary according to the number of books ordered.

For delivery of Malaysian book titles within Malaysia, the following delivery and handling charges will be applied.

Expected Delivery Time
Books will be dispatched to Malaysia addresses within 7 – 10 working days from the time your order is placed.

Advance Orders (Pre-Order)
If the title(s) ordered have not yet been released, you will receive them within 7 – 10 working days of the release of the book.

International Delivery 
Country of delivery is the location where the content of your shopping cart will be sent. Some delivery destinations are not authorised through online transactions. In this event, please contact our Customer Support team.

Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange the book only if you receive the incorrect book or if it arrives damaged. In such event, please email our Customer Support team at my-support@wolterskluwer.com

Cancellations and Refunds
We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed through our online store shop.wolterskluwer.com.my. No refunds will be provided for orders and purchases made online at shop.wolterskluwer.com.my.
